HBS & ASSOCIATES SDN BHS is wholly owned and managed by active Bumiputera entrepreneurs. Our core business activities are manpower supply, civil & mechanical engineering and building maintenance services for the local oil & gas industry.

The company was incorporated on 11th July 2001 and is currently in possession of valid Petronas License in relevant work categories to perform its activities. The company is also registered with the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB) and Federal Financial Office (FFO) to undertake civil & building construction works.
The company's earlier involvement in the oil & gas industry started when it was offered to supply various manpower category to end users in MLNG Plant in 2001 and then later during MLNG Tiga Plant Construction Project.
With that as our footing and coupled with our continuos hard work and dedication, we have managed to secure and complete numerous maintenanceproject in MLNG Plant, Petronas Dagangan and Petronas Carigali etc.
